Erin loves spending time with her family

Erin loves spending time with her family[/caption]What makes your heart sing?
My three kids, Dylan, Brienna, and Luke. I love birds, bees, and having a lot of animals around. We have four dogs and recently got Penelope, a Shih Tzu and our first female dog. I also have chickens and two parakeets named Betty and Wilma.

What’s your dream vacation spot?
Anywhere that I could go on an extreme food tour. I come from a family of foodies, so I’m in search of anything new and anything different. Italy, Greece…someplace where they have fantastic food.

What’s something that most people don’t know about you?
I’m an avid gamer. I have several gaming systems and play with my kids, dad, and sister. I play Call of Duty and Day-Z, and I’m a huge Zelda fan.

Which living person would you most like the opportunity to meet?
While I’m not huge on celebrities, I follow Doctor Mike on social media. He posts a lot of informative videos. I really enjoy watching him and he’s totally handsome. If I ever met Doctor Mike, I would probably fangirl him.

What legacy do you want to leave the world?

Every time one of my kids leaves the house, I tell them, “Don’t be a jerk.” I want them to be a good person at all times, and that’s the legacy I want to leave. I don’t understand being mean. It’s important to be kind to others, especially when no one else is treating them kindly.

What’s your most treasured childhood possession that you still have?
I’ve kept every single birthday card I’ve received.

When was the last time you had a good belly laugh?
I have two brothers and two sisters, and we’re really close. Anytime we get together, we’re laughing.
