MSP Career Assessment Tool

"MSP Knowledge" focuses on the breadth and depth of knowledge needed in the field of Medical Staff Services.

For each of the following, please select your level of competency using these definitions:
Foundational: You are new and are still grasping the basics. You may require significant guidance and support in this area.
Developing: You have started to gain some understanding and familiarity but are still in the early stages of learning. You may need assistance with applying knowledge to practical situations.
Competent: You have a solid grasp of fundamentals and can perform with minimal guidance. You are able to apply your knowledge effectively but may not yet be fully independent.
Proficient: You can perform tasks without assistance and can also assist others, providing guidance and support when needed. You have a strong understanding of the area and can handle complex situations with confidence.
Expert: You have achieved a high level of mastery in the area. You can provide guidance, troubleshoot problems, and are considered the go-to person. You have extensive experience and can handle even the most challenging situations effectively.
